Product and account support
Email support@dafagents.com with the subject DAF Agents Support. Include your business name, workspace email, affected channel, and a short description of the issue.
Privacy and deletion
For privacy questions use the subject Privacy Request. For deletion use Data Deletion Request and follow our Data Deletion Instructions.
Security reports
If you believe a DAF Agents account, token, webhook, or integration has been compromised, email us immediately with the subject Security Report. Do not include active passwords, access tokens, or secret keys in the message.
Connected-platform issues
Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify, and other connected platforms may separately control account restrictions, reviews, API availability, and billing. We will help investigate the DAF Agents side and identify when the connected provider must resolve the issue.
