Terms of Service
These terms govern business use of DAF Agents, including our shared inbox, integrations, AI-assisted customer service, and workflow automation services.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, connecting a business asset, or using DAF Agents, the business customer agrees to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The person accepting these Terms represents that they are authorized to bind the business and grant the permissions used by the service.
2. The service
DAF Agents provides tools for customer-service operations, messaging integrations, business workflows, AI-assisted responses, knowledge retrieval, analytics, and human handoff. Features may change as platforms, APIs, and business requirements evolve.
DAF Agents is an independent technology provider. We are not Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify, or any other connected platform, and we do not control their services, availability, reviews, pricing, or policies.
3. Business responsibilities
The customer must:
- Connect only assets it owns or is authorized to manage.
- Provide lawful notices and obtain all permissions required to process customer communications.
- Follow Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business terms and messaging policies, Instagram and Facebook rules, and the terms of every connected service.
- Keep administrator accounts secure and immediately report suspected compromise.
- Review automated behavior, maintain accurate products and policies, and provide human escalation where appropriate.
- Ensure messages, templates, campaigns, products, and business practices are lawful, accurate, and not deceptive or harmful.
4. Acceptable use
Customers may not use DAF Agents to send spam, evade platform restrictions, impersonate others, unlawfully discriminate, facilitate fraud, distribute malware, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, scrape data without authorization, or provide prohibited goods or services. General-purpose AI assistants and AI usage on connected channels must remain within the applicable platform rules.
5. AI-assisted features
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific situation. The customer controls its instructions and knowledge sources and remains responsible for reviewing high-impact actions, customer commitments, refunds, financial decisions, legal or medical information, and other sensitive outcomes. DAF Agents may apply safeguards, require confirmation, or route a conversation to a human.
6. Connected platforms
The customer authorizes DAF Agents to access and process connected assets only to provide the requested service. Platform access may be changed, suspended, or revoked by the customer or platform. We may suspend an integration when required by a platform, law, security event, or these Terms.
7. Fees and third-party charges
DAF Agents fees, if any, cover our software and services. Messaging, advertising, phone-number, hosting, payment, or other third-party charges may be billed separately by the relevant provider. Unless expressly agreed in writing, DAF Agents does not resell or mark up Meta or WhatsApp usage charges.
8. Customer data and confidentiality
The customer retains its rights in data it supplies. The customer instructs DAF Agents to process that data to provide, secure, and support the service. Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the relationship, subject to lawful disclosure requirements.
9. Intellectual property
DAF Agents and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, designs, documentation, and underlying technology. The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable service term. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying the customer.
10. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to maintain reliable operations but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, approval by a third-party platform, a particular business result, or that every AI output will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAF Agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or third-party platform actions. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid to DAF Agents for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Suspension and termination
Either party may end the service according to its order or subscription terms. We may restrict or suspend access for security risks, non-payment, unlawful conduct, policy violations, platform requirements, or material breach. Following termination, the customer may request deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or platform changes. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through written notice.
